Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This power supply is in Fair cosmetic condition with only minor blemishes from prior use.  There are scuffs/scratches/stains mostly on top panel.
Notes:
This supply is in Good working condition. We used our own dummy load resistors and handheld meter for testing (these are not included).  We were able to get (just over) full rated current at full voltage without any difficulty.  The fan speed kicks up as current increases.  The displays are bright and clear. The coarse and fine adjustments as well as the output on/off control work as expected.  The voltage output was a little off, just a few millivolts from our meter's indication.  No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
