Powers on; both displays working. Connected power resistor load to output and swept across range; was able to produce and measure up to 60VDC at 12A. Fan adjusts accordingly in response to load. Voltage and current coarse/fine adjustment responsive. Voltage display reads 0.03 at minimum setting (no load). May need further calibration. Was able to connect to web interface (java applet) using DHCP/no credentials. Reset LAN to factory defaults.
