Returns:
Before returning product, please contact our Customer Care to receive RMA (return material authorization number). Returns without RMA will not be processed. Returns of non-defective items are subject to 15% restocking fee, if returned 30 days past the delivery date. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges of the returned products. All products must be returned in their original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging with all accessories and product manual. Return may be voided, if product is returned damaged or marked, or if any accessories or parts are missing. Please make sure to insure the return shipment, as UPS only automatically insures shipments up to 0 value.
