CT's ARE included.  Pics are representative, but not always exactly so.  CT's are usually sold separately, but this time, we're supplying TWO sets of CT's.  One is a set of 3 - 16 inch circumference (4.5" ID) BLUE RoCoil CT's with a range of 5-5,000 amps RMS.  (Not the ones shown in the case).  And a set of 3 Mini-Hinged Split-Core CT's, nominally rated 50 amps, with a linear range of 0.25 to 80 amps. Great for those small loads and tight places where you'd rather prefer not to have to work the RoCoils in.

Sampling-write-to-file rate can be as fast as once a second, or as infrequent as once a day, or numerous discreet intervals in between.
Yes, besides 4 AC current inputs and 3 voltage inputs (referenced to N or G) the logger has 4 analog inputs for either a low DC voltage or 4-20mz signal.  So you can monitor 3-phase power and other physical parameters or loads at the same time.  An excellent tool for consulting engineers, HVAC contractors, facilities and plant managers, electrical contractors, energy managers and more.
