Troubleshooting steps:
Q1: Socks only heats for about 30 minutes then went off when i first use it.
A:Most of batteries won’t come in fully charged status so that’s why you need to recharge them for at least 12 hours when you receive it.
Q2:Too hot and can not wear
A:You can set the socks at Temperature Setting- High (Red) first,then you can change to set it at Low (Green) setting and you will feel fine. Or if you feeling warm, you can turn off the heating (Press the switch button when you see the lights out).
Q3:Can i machine wash the socks?
A:No, machine wash will damage the inside heated element.Brush clean is recommended.

Your Heated Socks can be ready for use in just a few easy steps.  Before using your Heated Socks, be sure to make the rechargeable batteries fully charged. 1. Charge the Li-ion Batteries: Connect the batteries with the charger to the socket. And Switch to ON position when charging the ON/OFF version batteries. It takes 4-5 hours for fully charged when the LED Indicator Light in the charger turn from red to green. 2. Put on the socks,the logo faces outward. 3. Connect the batteries with wires which located in the socks' pocket. 4. The socks will heat up immediately. If you are using the ON/OFF version battery,switch ON.

1. Connect to the batteries with wires which located in the sock's pocket. 2. Press the ON/SETUP/OFF, then it is Red light (100% heat). 3. Press the ON/SETUP/OFF again, then it is Orange light (75% heat). 4. Press the ON/SETUP/OFF again, then it is Green light (50% heat). 5. Press the ON/SETUP/OFF again, then the light close and it will not heat.

When the battery reaches the assigned voltage (The voltage when the battery is fully charged),charger’s indicator light will turn green and stop charging.Can fully charge 2pcs Li-ion Batteries in 4-5 hours WITHOUT interruption.And please note that it need to charge about 12 Hours to activate for the first time use.
