KNIGHTS TEMPLAR Assassins Gold Plating 2 Oz Silver Coin 5$ Niue 2021
This marvellous 2 Oz Silver coin is the second issue in the "Assassins" series, dedicated to the most famous historical assassins. In this edition – the Knights Templar. The coin presents a wonderful and detailed Ultra High Relief, has a selective Gold plating, has Antique Finish quality and comes in a case, along with the Certificate of Authenticity. Limited mintage of only 999 pieces worldwide! The reverse of the coin features presents a detailed image of two Templars going on a crusade. The sword of the knight in the foreground has been gilded. At the bottom of the reverse, the inscriptions: "NON NOBIS DOMINE, NON NOBIS, SED NOMINI TUO DA GLORIAM!" - the motto of the Templars, which means "Not for us, My Lord, not for us, but to your Name give the Glory", and "ORA ET LABORA!" - the motto of St Benedict of Nursia, which means "Pray and work!". At the top of the reverse, the inscription: "KNIGHTS TEMPLAR" – the name of the coin. The obverse of the coin features ornaments and swords and the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, surrounded by the inscriptions: "ELIZABETH II" – the name of the Queen, "5 DOLLARS" – the face value, "NIUE" – the issuing country and "2021" – the year of issue.
