    LogTag TRIX-8 Temperature Data Recorder. Condition is Seller refurbished. This has a new battery that is rechargeable and is guaranteed to work as well as the original. The case is now easy to open for access to the battery for recharging or replacing.
    As you know these are designed to work for about 3 years before the battery dies. Then you are expected to buy a new one.
    I bought 4 units, used them, they worked fine, then died. I decided to open the units and put in a better battery. Now you can get these too. So rather than pay for a new one, this unit will last for at least twice as long and likely more.
