Third and final Pure Silver coin issue dedicated to the world's most popular handwork, the Murrine Millefiori of Murano in Italy. Each coin is unique, the glass rods are handmade, cured and then cut into discs. After that the individual multicolored glass discs are placed into a mold, heated gently and slowly melted. A new coin concept for collectible masterpieces. Limited mintage of 999 pcs. The coin’s reverse features a heart shaped Murrine Millefiori of Murano. On the center of the reverse, around the heart shape, the inscriptions: “MURRINE MILLEFIORI” – the name of the coin, “GLASS ART” – the name of the series and “2017” – the year of issue. The obverse of the coin depicts Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: “ELIZABETH II” – the name of the Queen, “5 DOLLARS” – the face value and “COOK ISLANDS” – the issue country.
