PEPSI Advertising Sign With Keystone Cops Pete Drink 5¢ Embossed Tin Double Dot

This listing is for a vintage embossed 5 Cent Pepsi Cola Advertising Sign with the double dot 1906-1940 logo. The original version was produced in the late 1930's up to 1940. This quality reproduction was produced after that time. It features the Pepsi Keystone Cop and Pete, his sidekick. The sign has some obvious wear and a bit of rust, but it just adds character. It is not rusted through anywhere. Please see pictures for complete condition description.
The embossed sign measures 21-3/4 inches in length and is 4-1/4 inches tall. There is a hole in each corner for mounting to the wall.
I could not find indication that this is a reproduction, but a couple of experts have weighed in and I have found some sales of originals selling for several hundred dollars. It was my understanding that the reproductions have grommets in the mounting holes, are not embossed and/or and have 1940 stamped in the lower right corner. Their height is also slightly different. The only variation that I can find in this from others stated as original is the size of the red circle around the 5c. In any case, I am selling it "as-is, as-found." The previous owner had a collection of signs. We are not asking a high dollar due to the condition and uncertainty of production. Feel free to make an offer.
