    PERRY COMO - "Victor's Romantic Ballad Man".
    The art was created by
    ALBERT FISHER
    who was known for his pulp magazine/novel covers and advertising pin-up art.
    It measures 5 1/2 x 3 1/4 inches on card stock.  NM Minus condition - clean and well cared for over the years.
