These blanks happen to bend during shipping.
This is a common issue with these types of packages.
To prevent this issue, Partsapiens Corporation uses 3 layers of packaging.
* For quantities under 5x, we include the blanks in a cardboard package(1) we then use a bubble envelope(2) to protect the insides, and a poly bag (3) to protect the bubble envelope from tears.
* Quantities over 5x normally ship via Priority Mail and receive an extra layer of protection. You also get the quick 2-3 day delivery or next day in some areas of CA, AZ, NV
* Large packages of 25x and up will ship in a box with enough protection to prevent any issues in transit.
* As an extra layer of protection, we add a "DO NOT BEND" sticker to all our packages.
If you still experience to have a Damaged on Arrival order, please Contact Us before leaving feedback or opening a case.
Send us a picture with the damaged package and we can ship a replacement or issue refund.
Single blanks tend to bend easier, so you'll always have a better chance with bigger quantities (2 and up). -Thus the bigger discounts for multiples.
In our experience, we're the only seller to go to this extent and prevent License Plates from being damaged. We sell hundreds of blanks each day and Damages in transit do happen.
