Here is a Vtg Dandy Dan Shaving Brush & Razor Holder & Still Bank Barber Pole Made Rite Brush.  It's made in the USA, it's a neat little barber figure that holds a brush and the razor and the cap has a coin slot in the top as well.  It's in very good condition, the letter "D" is half way faded off, he stands about 6 3/4" tall, the brush is a Made Rite #100, check the photos for a better description.
