You are are offering a binding bid to purchase. Due to the nature of the diverse type products I list you will see "sold as-is, or as described " alot. I am not always able to guarantee the functionality of an item, but will try to describe condition, operation, and provide alot of pictures if necessary. If I notice an obvious defect it will be noted in the description, or visible in the pixs if possible. If you need more detail ask questions during the auction. You satisfaction is very important to me. If something is not as described contact me as soon as possible for a solution.

All sales are final, unless a return option is include in the listing details, and any freight charges are at your expense.
Shipping is typically either a flat rate regardless of your location, or calculated shipping which is based upon shipping from California to your location ~ It is based on actual carrier charges with a handling fee ( international). I can not help it if a 50# item costs alot to ship to the East coast, sorry.
I am a one man show out here not some big bad business. If I do not respond immediately to a question I may not be available that day be patient, and do not wait until the last 5 minutes of an auction to start asking ?'s.
