This incredible 1 Oz Silver coin is the first issue in the new "Nikola Tesla" series and commemorates the technological dispute and commercial conflict that went down in history as the War of the Currents. The coin has a wonderful design, features Proof quality and comes in an elegant black leather case, along with the Certificate of Authenticity. Limited mintage of 1.500 pieces worldwide. The reverse of the coin features a portrait of Nikola Tesla looking down on his rival Thomas Edison. The two inventors are separated by electric discharges and the composition is supplemented with the inscriptions: "WAR OF THE CURRENTS" – the name of the coin and "AC/DC" – that means "Alternating Current & Direct Current". The obverse of the coin shows the lightning bolts and the Coat of Arms of Niue with the inscriptions: "2023" – the year of issue and "1 DOLLAR" – the face value.
